As you're welcomed to your table, we'll guide you through a thoughtfully curated cheese flight, each selection paired to complement the wines being poured that evening. Our cheesemonger and wine guide will walk you through every pairing together, sharing the stories behind the vineyards, the cheesemakers, and the craft that brings each combination to life. This is a seated, educational tasting built for savoring- not rushing.
